One thing slot attendants should do to up the tips is make sure they bring enough smaller bills back with the handpay. If you win $1200, make sure that $100 of that is in 20s. If you bring 12 one hundred dollar bills, the person isn't going to hand you a 100 dollar bill. They may not hand you anything because they may not have smaller bills. Whenever I got a HP, I'd look for a 20 in the bills they brought me -- and if there was a ten and a 5, I'd give them that too. I'd keep the large bills and hand them a tip with the smaller ones (smaller being 20 and under).
Debian's Apache2 default configuration is different from the upstream default configuration, and split into several files optimized for interaction with Debian tools. The configuration system is fully documented in /usr/share/doc/apache2/README.Debian.gz. Refer to this for the full documentation. Documentation for the web server itself can be found by accessing the manual if the apache2-doc package was installed on this server.
Casinos will issue W-2Gs for winnings greater than $1,200 from a slot machine or $5,000 from poker. The moment you hit the jackpot, a casino staff member will bring the W-2G to you at the machine to get a signature (although new technology is emerging in high limit slot areas that lets players electronically sign the W-2G so they can get back to playing right away). I finally did it again!!! I've been playing Cleopatra 2 for many years now, and it's a fan favorite with everyone!! I think it's the most popular slot machin. Reader Greg had a pretty straightforward question around machine payouts, particularly around the idea of jackpot handpays: Hello, I’ve been playing the Buffalo Gold game for years, love it 4 sure, but in years of playing it the most I’ve ever won was 650.00 and at the casino I go to a lot I really never see anybody winning much on that game. How Much Do I Tip a Housekeeper? Many hotel guests don't consider housekeeping a tip position, so anything you leave a hotel maid is a lot. But a rule of thumb is to tip $2-$3 per night, or more if you're particularly messy, have kids or more than two people in the room, or are in a suite or timeshare with a kitchenette or full kitchen that a housekeeper also has to clean.
The configuration layout for an Apache2 web server installation on Debian systems is as follows:
Tipping Handpays
Tipping How Much To Tip
- apache2.conf is the main configuration file. It puts the pieces together by including all remaining configuration files when starting up the web server.
- ports.conf is always included from the main configuration file. It is used to determine the listening ports for incoming connections, and this file can be customized anytime.
- Configuration files in the mods-enabled/, conf-enabled/ and sites-enabled/ directories contain particular configuration snippets which manage modules, global configuration fragments, or virtual host configurations, respectively.
- They are activated by symlinking available configuration files from their respective *-available/ counterparts. These should be managed by using our helpers a2enmod, a2dismod, a2ensite, a2dissite, and a2enconf, a2disconf . See their respective man pages for detailed information.
- The binary is called apache2. Due to the use of environment variables, in the default configuration, apache2 needs to be started/stopped with /etc/init.d/apache2 or apache2ctl. Calling /usr/bin/apache2 directly will not work with the default configuration.
